目的调查分析住院医师对住培政策的认知度与执行满意度,为政策完善与落实提供参考。方法于2023年11月,采用自设电子问卷对南京医科大学第一附属医院在培住院医师的政策认知和执行满意度进行调查,运用描述性统计与非参数检验进行数据分析。结果住院医师对各级培训政策的认知与认可度普遍偏低,但对部分核心胜任力提升认可较高;社会化住院医师和专硕研究生对“两个同等对待”政策的认可程度有显著差异(z=4.60,P<0.001);不同类别住院医师对激励制度的满意度有显著差异(H=18.189,P<0.001)。结论住培政策对提高住院医师核心胜任力具有积极意义,基地层面需通过开展多维度政策宣传、设计个性化的激励机制、适当提高自筹经费等措施来提高住院医师认知度和满意度,“两个同等对待”的政策衔接性问题也需得到重视。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate resident physicians′ awareness of standardized residency training policies and their satisfaction with policy implementation, and to provide references for policy improvement and implementation.MethodsIn November 2023, a selfdesigned electronic questionnaire was used to survey resident physicians at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University regarding their policy awareness and implementation satisfaction. Descriptive statistics and nonparametric tests were used for data analysis.ResultsResident physicians had a low awareness and recognition of the residency training policies at the national, provincial, and base levels, but had a relatively high degree of recognition of the improvement of some core competencies. There was a significant difference in the recognition of the "Two Equal Treatments" policy between socialized resident physicians and professional postgraduate students (z=4.60,P<0.001). There are significant differences in the satisfaction with the incentive system among different types of resident physicians (H=18.189,P<0.001).ConclusionThe residency training policy plays a positive role in enhancing the core competencies of resident physicians. At the base level, it is necessary to carry out multidimensional policy publicity, design personalized incentive mechanisms, and appropriately increase the proportion of selfraised funds to improve the awareness and satisfaction of resident physicians. The coherence of the "Two Equal Treatments" policy also needs to be emphasized.
