摘要:
目的 监测重症监护病房(ICU)医院感染的发生率、常见病原菌及抗菌药物耐药性。方法 对2006年ICU病人病原菌及抗菌药物 敏感性等采取现况调查。结果 ICU病人医院感染发生率17.17%。下呼吸道感染最常见。下呼吸道分离到病原菌437株,多为多重耐药菌,其中G-菌占54.03%,真菌占26.08%,G+菌 占19.89%。分离到泌尿道感染病原菌24株,其中粪肠球菌占33.33%、大肠埃希菌20.83%、白色念珠菌(16.66%)。结论 应加强ICU医院感染监控,重点是呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的监 控,采取相应的预防措施,以控制和减少感染的发生。
Abstract:
Objective To study the incidence of hospital infection,bacterial infections,pathogens distribution and their drug-resistance characteristics in ICU.Methods The kept-canal was investigated and specimens were underwent a process of germ culture,identification and drug-sensitivity test in ICU from 2006.Results The incidence of hospital infection was 17.17% in ICU.Lower respiratory tract infection was the most familiar infection.Of all cases,437 pathogens gained from lower respiratory tract.Pathogenic bactria mostly were 19.89%.24 pathogens gained from urinary tract.Among them,33.33% were Enterococcus faecalis,20.83% were Escherichia coli,16.66% were Candida albicans.Conclusion To emphasize on the strictly control of ICU hospital infections,the main one of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP),and to adopt certain preventive measures are the ways to control and decrease hospital infections.
