摘要:
目的 提高MRI对战士膝关节半月板损伤诊断的正确率。方法 102例战士损伤半月板行MRI和关节镜检查的对照研究,参照Stoller半月板退变和损伤的MRI分级标准,拟订了损伤半月板MRI诊断标准,即半月板退变、半月板单纯撕裂和复杂撕裂。结果 MRI对损伤半月板诊断的正确率为93.14%(95/102),战士半月板损伤好发于体部,占80%(82/102)。结论 拟订的半月板损伤MRI诊断标准具有简明、扼要、实用性强的特点,值得在临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To improve the diagnosis accuracy of menisci lesion.Methods Comparative study between MRI and arthroscopy was carried out in 102 soldiers with menisci injury. The MRI diagnosis standard of menisci injury was set up referring to Stoller's grade standard, which included degeneration of menisci, single tear and complex tear of menisci.Results The MRI diagnostic accuracy of injured menisci was 93.14% (95/102). The menisci injuries of soldiers were more often common in caudomedial part accounting for 80% (82/102).Conclusion Our MRI diagnostic standard for menisci injury is concise and practical, and is worth generalizing.
