摘要:
目的 探讨无神经症状的胸腰段爆裂性骨折手术治疗效果取决的相关因素。方法 回顾分析121例胸腰段爆裂性骨折采用不同手术方式并平均随访2.3年。结果 创伤的严重程度，手术入路，植骨与否，植骨方式在不同程度上影响胸腰段爆裂性骨折的手术效果。结论 影响胸腰段爆裂性骨折手术效果的因素很多，应根据个体化差异选择合适的手术方式，提高手术治疗的效果。
Abstract:
Objective to analyze the clinical effect of surgical treatment forthoracolumbar burst fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis was made for 121 cases treated with different surgical operations and followed-up by more than two years. Results That severity of injury, operational pathway, bone grafting or not, and different bone grafting was the facts that affect surgical outcome.Conclusion There are many factors that affect surgical outcome of thoracolmbar burst fracture. To get good operative effect, individualized surgical way should be applied for different cases.
