摘要:
目的 分析肛管松解加病变组织切除治疗陈旧性肛裂的疗效。方法 对250例陈旧性肛裂患者采用裂口内直视下切断外括约肌皮下部和齿状线下部分内括约肌并修剪、切除病变组织。结果 有效率为100%，治愈246例(98.4%)，好转4例(1.6%)。结论 肛管松解加病变组织切除治疗陈旧性肛裂是一种安全可靠的治疗方法。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effects of treatment for chronic anal fissure with anal relaxation in fissure combining with resection of diseased tissues.Methods The subcutaneous part of the external sphincter in the fissure and the internal sphincter under the dentate line were incised under direct vision in 250 patients. Results The overall response rate was 100%. 246 cases were cured (98.4%) and 4 cases were improved (1.6%). Conclusion Combining anal relaxation in fissure with resection of diseased tissues is a safe and useful procedure for chronic anal fissure.
