摘要:
目的 评价血管内支架成形术治疗颅内血管狭窄的安全性和有效性。方法 对19例颅内血管狭窄的患者行球囊膨胀型支架成形术,治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIAs)或脑梗死后恢复良好的患者。结果 支架均一次成功植入,植入过程中2例术中出血,1例于术后第2天因脑疝死亡,另1例恢复良好。平均狭窄程度从术前的75.2%减少到术后的9.6%。18例患者临床随访3~28个月,无缺血性中风发生,4例出现术后再狭窄。结论 血管内支架成形术治疗颅内血管狭窄是有效和安全的。
Abstract:
Objective To assess the feasibility and safety of endovascular stented-assisted angioplasty for intracranial stenosis.Methods Nineteen patients who well recovered from recurrent transient ischemic attack were treated with endovascular angioplasty using balloon-expandable stent.Results Technical success was achieved in all patients. Two patients had subachanoid hemorrhage because of perforation by microwire,one patient died of brain hernia in two days ,another recovered well. Angiographic examination immediately after stent implantation revealed that the stenosis rate was significantly reduced (75.2% vs 9.6%). There was no cerebral ischenmic attack in the 18 patients who were clinically followed up(3 to 28 months),restenosis inside the stent was observed in four patients. Conclusion Angioplasty and stent implantation for the treatment of intracranial stenosis is safe and effective.
