摘要:
目的总结外伤性脾破裂选择非手术治疗的体会。方法回顾分析2005年1月~2008年1月非手术治疗35例外伤性脾破裂的临床资料及治疗效果。探讨非手术治疗的治疗措施、中转手术指征和失败相关因素。结果35例脾破裂，非手术治疗成功31 例(88.6%)，4例行脾切除术。结论有选择的非手术治疗外伤性脾破裂是可行的。
