摘要:
目的观察CO2激光磨削术治疗睑黄瘤临床疗效。方法CO2激光磨削术治疗15例睑黄瘤，共25个病灶，能量500 mJ/cm2，脉冲宽度1～0.5 ms，功率6～7 W。结果25个病灶极佳6 个、显效18个、有效1个，无瘢痕形成。结论CO2激光磨削术治疗睑黄瘤疗效明显，是一种符合整形美容原则的治疗方法。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the clinical effectiveness of CO2 laser skin resurfacing on the treatment of xanthelasma palpebrarum. Methods25 sites of xanthelasma palpebrarum in 15 cases were treated with CO2 laser skin resurfacing. The fluence parameter was 500 mJ/cm2, the pulse duration was 1~0.5 ms, and the power was 6~7 W. ResultsAll patients’ lesions disappeared and no scar formed with excellent result 6 cases, good result 18 cases and satisfactory result 1 case. ConclusionCO2 laser skin resurfacing is a safe and efficient approach in treating xanthelasma palpebrarum, which is consistent with the basic principles of cosmectic surgery.
