摘要:
应力性骨折又称疲劳性骨折,在体育运动和军事训练中有着较高的发病率。尽管应力性骨折多发生于下肢的胫腓骨,但全身多处骨骼均可发生,由于对其认识不足,容易发 生漏、误诊,并影响制定科学的训练计划,为此,我们查阅了近年来有关应力性骨折的国内外文献,归纳出其在全身骨骼的发生情况,并对各部位应力性骨折的特点加以简述,旨 在使运动训练组织者及医务工作者对应力性骨折有更加清晰的认识,从而降低运动训练及军事训练中该损伤的发生率。
