摘要:
目的 探讨修复头部电烧伤创面的临床治疗方法和效果。 方法 应用颞浅动脉跨区反流轴型皮瓣修复头部电烧伤创面12例。 结果 自2001年以来完成手术12例,患者头部电烧伤创面均得到较好整复。除1例出现皮瓣远端血运障碍,经加强换药等处理后痊愈,其余患者均愈合良好。结论 应用颞浅动脉跨区反流轴型皮瓣早期修复头部电烧伤创面是有效的治疗方法。
Abstract:
Objective To explore clinical therapeutic techniques for treating scalp wound following electrical injury. Methods Reversed superficial temporal flaps were performed in 12 patients to repair scalp wound following electrical injury. Results Stage I repair was achieved in all 12 patients, all cases obtained good clinical results. Distal congestion developed in one flap at early stage after transform. But flap congestion alleviated gradually and the flap was survived completely in 2 weeks. Conclusion Using a reversed superficial temporal flap may provide a new venue to repair scalp wound following electrical injury.
