摘要:
目的 研究耐力训练前后心肌细胞损伤与心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)的关系,并观察左卡尼汀对运动心肌细胞的预防性保护作用。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测新兵在运动前后及服用左卡尼汀后H-FABP含量。结果 未服药组和服药组间H-FABP含量差异显著(P<0.05),运动前、运动后即刻和运动后4小时各时间点间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABP)可以作为心肌损伤的一种检测指标,左卡尼汀对运动心肌细胞有预防性保护作用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relation between the concentration of heart-fatty acid-binding protein (H-FABP) and myocardial injury before and after endurance training, and to study the protective role of L-carnitine in myocardial cells. Methods The concentrations of H-FABP of recruits were measured before and after exercise, and after taking L-carnitine by ELISA. Results There was a significant difference of H-FABP concentration between untreated group and the treated group (P<0.05).The concentrations were significantly different among groups of pre-training, post-training and 4 hr after training (P<0.05). Conclusion FABP can be a test to detect myocardial damage, and L-carnitine prevents myocardial cells from damage.
