摘要:
四肢血管火器伤是指由火药作动力发射或引爆的投射物(弹丸、弹片等)所致伤及四肢主要动、静脉伤,是战时常见的严重创伤。四肢血管火器伤后主要面临出血和缺血两大难题,如救治不当,轻则丢肢,重者丧命。综合分析研究四肢血管火器伤救治的相关进展,学习外军先进的救治经验,探讨其主要的影响因素,提高临床军医的救治水平,对保障打赢具有重要的现实意义。
