摘要:
目的 研究佩戴供氧面罩人员逆转鼓室负压的方法。方法 试验对象为8名健康男性,先用自行研制的咽鼓管通气阻力检测仪测量咽鼓管通气阻力,均<6 kPa。被试者取座位,测初始鼓室压;再嘱被试者自行封闭供氧面罩排气口,向面罩内呼气以提高面罩内压力,直至咽鼓管开放,用声阻抗仪测鼓室压。结果 初始鼓室压为(-0.083±0.054 )kPa,咽鼓管开放后的鼓室压(3.74±1.96)kPa(P< 0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论 封闭面罩排气口,用呼气提高面罩压,可以开放咽鼓管,从而提高鼓室压力预防耳气压伤的发生。
Abstract:
Objective To study the negative pressure in middle ear was reversed by exhaust oxygen from mask. Methods The eustachian tube resistance<6 kPa were measured in 8 healthy male with a self-made ventilating function detection apparatus. The initial middle ear pressure was measured on subjects when they took their seats. Subjects enclosed the oxygen mask and exhaust to the mask to increase the pressure in mask. This was not stopped until reach the pressure for eustachian tube opening. The pressure in tympanic was measured. Results The initial middle ear pressure was (-0.083±0.054)kPa. When the eustachian tube was opened, the middle ear pressure was averaged (3.74±1.96)kPa (P<0.01). There was a significant differences. Conclusion Ear barotraumas could be prevented by increasing the mask pressure when opening the eustachian tube in closing oxygen mask.
