摘要:
目的 评价口腔卫生宣教在维护中晚期妊娠孕妇牙周健康中的作用。方法 抽取212例妊娠中期孕妇进行问卷调查和牙周健康状况检查,随机分为两组，宣教组106例进行口腔卫生宣教，对照组106例，4~8周后复检，分别记录初、复检时的简化软垢指数(debris index-simplified, DI-S)和简化牙石指数(calculus index-simplified, CI-S)，牙龈指数(gingival index，GI)和龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index, SBI)。结果 宣教组初、复检的DI-S和SBI有显著性差异(P<0.05)，呈现改善趋势，而CI-S无变化；对照组初、复检的DI-S、GI和SBI有显著性差异(P<0.05)，出现加重倾向，但CI-S无变化；两组复检时的DI-S、GI和SBI也有显著性差异(P<0.05)，而CI-S仍无变化。结论 随着孕龄的增加，孕妇的口腔卫生状况和牙龈炎症呈现加重趋势，口腔卫生宣教有助于改善孕妇口腔卫生状况、减轻牙龈炎症。
Abstract:
Objective The aim of this study was to explore the influence of oral health instruction on the periodontal status of pregnant woman. Methods 212 pregnant women in middle gestation were enrolled and were randomly divided into two groups. A questionnaire and periodontal examination which includes DI-S, CI-S, GI and SBI were done at the first time. Meanwhile, an oral health instruction was undergone in Group A and control Group B. A re-examination was also carried out after 4 to 8 weeks. Results There were significant differences in DI-S, GI and SBI between the first and the second examination in Group A, while DI-S and SBI showed similar results in Group B, but no difference between them in CI-S. DI-S, GI and SBI presented significant differences between A and B when re-examination, but CI-S was not. Conclusion The oral health status and gingival inflammation presented a more severe tendency along with the gestation age. Oral health instruction may benefit for improving mouth hygiene status and palliating the gingival inflammation.
