摘要:
目的 调查某部医院近3年的科研工作现况，为医院科研管理工作提供决策依据。方法 设计调查表，对某部4所医院近3年获得立项的课题、发表论文、科研成果奖项进行调查统计，调查表由各医院科研管理人员填写。结果 ① 医院立项课题主要来源于南京军区，占61.29%，所获科研成果奖中58.33%为军队成果奖；②医院发表论文的数量呈逐年增加的趋势，但在SCI期刊发表论文数量没有明显提高；③ 医院重点学科的立项课题、高质量论文(SCI期刊)以及科研成果奖所占比例分别为:59.68%、52.94%、36.89%；④ 医院立项课题、高质量论文以及科研成果奖由研究生学历以上人才负责完成的分别占:58.06%、100%、69.44%。结论 医院近3年科研工作取得了一定的成绩，重点学科及高学历人才在医院科研工作中发挥了重要作用，但整体科研水平有待提高，所以仍需加强科研管理工作的力度。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status of research in the military hospitals in recent 3 years and provide evidence for scientific research management in military hospital. Methods Established research projects,published papers and awarded science and technology programs in recent three years were investigated using a self-orientation questionnaire in four military hospitals. Each questionnaire survey was completed by scientific research administrators of hospital. Results ①In four hospitals,the research projects mainly supported by grant from medical division of joint logistics department of military,which accounted for 61.29%.58.33% of the acquired awarded science and technology achievements were awarded by medical division of joint logistics department of military. ②The amount of published papers showed ascending trend year by year,however,the number of papers published in Science Citation Index journal showed little improvement in military hospitals in recent 3 years. ③The proportion of established research projects,published papers and awarded science and technology programs in key disciplines of military hospitals was 59.68%,52.94% and 36.89%,respectively. ④58.06% of the people who in charge established research project,69.44 % of the awarded science and technology programs accomplisher and all author of SCI papers possess a degree of post-graduate or doctor. Conclusion In military hospitals,certain achievements have been made in scientific research work in recent 3 years. The key disciplines and high educated people played important role in scientific research work. It is necessary to raise the whole level of scientific research work and strengthen the scientific research management.
