摘要:
临床上诊断结核感染较困难，目前国际上外周血的γ-干扰素释放检测(interferon gamma release assays,IGRAs)是诊断结核感染的常用方法。结核感染时，有活性的T细胞主要积聚在炎症反应的局部对抗感染，研究炎症局部非外周血性液体如胸腔积液、支气管肺泡灌洗液、腹水、脑脊液、肠道灌洗液，计数其中效应T细胞对诊断活动性结核感染显得更有意义。
