摘要:
目的 探讨胃镜下置入自膨式金属支架封堵主动脉食管瘘的临床应用。方法 采用自膨式金属支架治疗主动脉食管瘘，分析支架的治疗效果及安全性。结果 所有的主动脉食管瘘患者均治愈，随访至今未复发。结论 自膨式金属支架是治疗主动脉食管瘘的简便、快捷、安全有效方法。
