摘要:
目的 探讨可舒胶囊对酒精所致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用及机制。方法 采用酒精灌胃辅以高脂饲料法复制急性酒精性肝损伤大鼠模型。50只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组、急性酒精肝损伤模型组、可舒胶囊低、中及高剂量(3.06、6.12、12.24 g/kg)组，每组10只。测定并比较各组大鼠血清中核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量。结果 治疗后，与模型组比较，可舒胶囊各剂量组急性酒精性肝损伤大鼠血清NF-κB和血清TNF-α的含量降低(P<0.01)。结论 舒胶囊通过抑制 NF-κB和TNF-α，降低炎性因子水平，对酒精性肝损伤的肝功能具有保护作用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Keshu capsule on acute alcoholic liver injury in rats and its possible mechanism.Methods The liver injury models were induced by infusing alcohol into stomach of rats,and feeding with fat-rich diet at the same time.Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group,acute liver injury model group,and low,middle,high doses of Keshu capsule (3.06,6.12,12.24 g/kg) groups.The nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) content were assayed and compared between groups.Results Compared with model group,the serum concentrations of NF-κB and serum TNF-α content significantly decreased in Keshu capsule groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Keshu capsule protected liver from alcoholic impairment through decreasing cytokine release followed suppressing NF-κB and TNF-α.
