摘要:
吞咽障碍可由多种疾病导致,患者极易并发吸入性肺炎、窒息、营养不良等病症,严重影响生存质量。60岁以上正常的老年人中约50%有不同程度的吞咽障碍,尤其在脑血管意外患者中,70%左右的患者存在不同程度的吞咽障碍。吞咽是一种复杂的神经肌肉反射性协同运动,利用表面肌电图技术(surface electromyography,SEMG)观察吞咽过程中相关肌电活动可以为吞咽障碍的诊断提供依据,同时,使用SEMG也可以帮助患者训练正确的吞咽动作,甚至可以利用电刺激完成患者吞咽神经和肌肉的康复训练。
