摘要:
目的 探讨军队医院机动卫勤分队文职人员抽组流程。方法 从医院文职人员中随机抽组两组,其中按标准流程抽组的实验组40人、按传统方法抽组的对照组36人,另随机选择40名军人作为军人组,共116人,对抽组后效果进行统计分析评价。结果 按标准流程抽组的实验组与按传统方法抽组的对照组在“人员流失率、任务完成率、综合素质”等方面存在显著差异,而与随机抽组军人组无明显差异。结论 采取标准流程抽组的机动卫勤分队文职人员在“人员流失率、任务完成率、综合素质”等方面均优于按传统方法抽组人员组,且其整体素质与军人组基本一致,表明该标准流程在抽组文职队员中具有良好的甄选和评价作用,值得进一步推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore a process of dispatching civilian personnel to the mobile medical unit in military hospital.Methods Clinical data of 116 members in mobile medical unit in the same period were statistically analyzed,and the effect of pumping group was evaluated.Results There were significant differences between the experimental group(which was composed of non-commissioned civilian personnel,being pumped through standard process)and the control group(which was also composed of non-commissioned civilian personnel,being pumped through random process),in the attrition rates,task completion rates,and personnel overall quality,etc.But there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the group composed of soldiers being pumped through random process.Conclusion The mobile medical unit composed of non-commissioned civilian personnel which is pumped through standard process shows superiority in the attrition rates,task completion rates,and personnel overall quality,etc.And its personnel overall quality is basically the same as that of the military group.Which indicates that the standard process shows good results in selection process and effect evaluation,and is worthy of further popularization and application.
