摘要:
目的 分析老年人抑郁症发生情况及其相关因素。方法 采用问卷访问和体格检查相结合的方法,对某市干休所730名年龄≥60岁老年人的抑郁情绪进行流行病学调查,应用SPSS 10.0软件进行统计分析。结果 730名受试者中检出轻度抑郁291例(39.86%),中重度抑郁53例(7.26%)。60～64岁和75～79岁为易出现抑郁的年龄段; 女性高于男性; 外向不稳定型者抑郁发生率较高; 老年人发生抑郁与丧偶、健康状况差、经济收入减少、子女关系差、社会交往少呈显著相关(P<0.01)。结论 注重对性格偏差、情绪不稳定老年人的心理干预,加强医疗保健,参与社会活动,有利于减少老年人抑郁的发生。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the situation of depression in old people and the relavant factors.Methods Questionnaire and physical examination of 730 participants over 60 years old from cadre sanatorium of Fuzhou province are selected.The epidemiology of their depressed situation is investigated and analysed by SPSS.Results In a total of 730 subjects,the outcome reveals that the mild depression takes up 39.86%(291 cases),and the moderate and severe cases occupy 7.26%(53 cases).60-64 years old and 75-79 years old that were vulnerable to be depression.Personality trait was significantly associated to the depression(P<0.01).Loss of spouse,healthy situation,economic income,medical care,family life,and living condition play an important role in the mood change of old people.Conclusion Emphasize the mental intervention to the old people with tough charater and emotional instability,strengthen the health care,participate in the social activity,are in favor of decreasing the occurrance of depression in the old people.
