摘要:
目的 研究急支平喘软胶囊组方药材的最佳提取工艺条件。方法 以黄芩苷及其同类成分含量和总浸出物含量作为指标,对 处方中药材分别进行水溶液提取和醇溶液提取筛选,并以提取液量与药量液固比、提取时间、提取次数作为考察对象,以黄芩苷类的含量为考察指标进行L9(34)正交试验以优选 最佳提取工艺参数。结果 用70%乙醇作为提取溶媒能较完全地提取有效成分。正交试验提示:用12倍量70%乙醇,提取两次,每次2 h为最佳提取工艺。结论 该工艺条件稳定,快 速简便,重现性较好,适合用于指导大生产。
Abstract:
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Jizhi Pingchuan soft capsule.Methods Using baicalin and its homologous compounds and total extract contents as indexes,water-extraction and ethanol-extraction processes were screened.Choosing the amount of solvent added,the extracting time,and the extracting frequencies as investigation targets,the test was designed according to L9 (34) of orthogonal test and taking baicalin as the index to optimize the process parameters.Results With 70% ethanol as a extraction solvent can extract the effective components more fully.Orthogonal test indicated that the best condition of the extraction process was as follows:12 times of 70% ethanol,extracting two times and every time 2 hours.Conclusions It is derived from screening that the process is stable,simple and repeatable,and suitable for the production amplification,and provide the possibility to future industrial applications.
