摘要:
目的 研究P53蛋白、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)及微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)在涎腺腺样囊性癌(salivar adenoid cystic carcinoma,SACC)中的表达,探讨其与SACC临床侵袭、转移等生物学行为的关系。方法 应用常规免疫组化法,分别检测SACC、腮腺多形性腺瘤(plemorphic adenoma,PA)及正常腮腺组织(normal salivary gland,SG) 各16例中P53蛋白和VEGF的表达以及MVD计数(CD34标记),并进行统计分析。结果 SG、PA、SACC三组中的P53蛋白和VEGF的阳性表达率,MVD计数依序增加,各组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);SACC组中随着P53蛋白表达的增高,MVD也随之增加,呈显著正相关(r=0.55);同时P53阳性表达率和MVD计数随着VEGF表达程度的增高亦显著增加。结论 P53蛋白、VEGF和CD34的表达与SACC的血管生成及发生、发展关系密切。
Abstract:
Objective To study the expression of P53 protein,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and Microvessel density (MVD),and discuss with the clinical biological behavior of invasion and metastasis of SACC.Methods SP immunochemistry staining was applied to detect the expression of P53 protein and VEGF.MVD was counted by CD34 antibody in16 cases of SACC,PAand SG respectively.The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software package.Results Positive expression rate of P53 protein and VEGF increased in SG,PA and SACC,and so did the MVD count (P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between P53 protein and MVD expression in the SACC group (r= 0.55).The same results were found between VEGF and P53,P53 and MVD.Conclusion The expression of P53 protein,VEGF and MVD plays an important role in the angiogenesis,formation and development of SACC.
