摘要:
目的 调查常州某部官兵浅部真菌病病原菌分布情况。方法 采集2010年1月-2012年12月来院就诊的318例浅部真菌病部队官兵患者临床标本进行直接镜检、培养及菌种鉴定。结果 受检患真菌镜检阳性率为65.7%,培养阳性率为55.3%,总阳性率为71.4%(227/318)。菌种分布主要为:红色毛癣菌113株(64.2%),犬小孢子菌6株(3.4%),须癣毛癣菌7株(4.0%),念珠菌及酵母样菌19株(16.8%)。结论 常州某部官兵浅部真菌病病原菌以皮肤癣菌占主导地位,其中红色毛癣菌为主要致病菌。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the etiologic distribution of pathogenic fungi in superficial mycoses of the part of officers and soldiers in Changzhou district.Methods Direct microscope,culture and identification of pathogenic fungi were performed on clinical specimens collected from 318 cases of superficial mycoses of officers and soldiers in our hospital during January 2010 to December 2012.Results The positive rates were 65.7% detected by microscopy and 55.3% by culture.The total positive rates were 71.4%.The pathogenic fungi included 113 strains of T.rubrum (64.2%),6 strains M.canis (3.4%),7 strains T.mentagrophytes (4.0%),19 strains Candida sp.and yeast (16.8%).Conclusion Dermatophytes are predominant in the superficial fungi infections of officers and soldiers in Changzhou district and T.rubrum is the most common pathogenic fungus.
