摘要:
肝细胞癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来其发病率和致死率都呈上升趋势。研究表明,围术期输血治疗具有改善肝细胞癌患者凝血功能低下,提高血红蛋白含量等作用, 同时也具有免疫抑制和促进肿瘤细胞转移等不良影响。本文就近年来肝细胞癌患者围术期的血液丢失、血栓弹力图监测、输血治疗和自体输血的相关研究做一综述。
