摘要:
目的 提高胸壁原始神经外胚层肿瘤的诊断与治疗水平。方法 回顾性分析1例胸壁原始神经外胚层肿瘤的临床资料，并对相关文献进行复习。结果 本例患者经皮肺穿刺活 检并经免疫组织化学染色检测提示为右胸壁软组织小圆细胞恶性肿瘤，患者未行进一步手术及放化疗，自动出院。结论 胸壁原始神经外胚层肿瘤是一种少见的小圆细胞恶性肿瘤， 预后较差，早期诊断和早期治疗有利于提高生存率。
