摘要:
目的调查60岁及以上老年人牙齿健康状况，初步探讨不同分区内龋失补的差别。方法 参照WHO关于口腔健康调查的标准，记录235名60岁及以上老年人口腔内龋失补情况。 结果 随年龄增长龋失补患病率增加，上颌为龋失补的好发部位，磨牙龋失补相对数目较前牙及前磨牙多。结论 老年人龋失补的检出率仍然较高，应进一步加强老年人的口腔卫生 保健，给予更多的口腔治疗及护理。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the oral health status of aged over 60 years and the difference of decayed,missing and filled teeth in different dental regions.Methods Clinician calibrated to WHO standards conducted clinical examinations,recorded decayed,missing and filled teeth of 235 aged.Chi-square was performed to determine differences of the prevalence rate of decayed,missing and filled teeth.Results The percentage of subjects having decayed,missing and filled teeth increased with age.From the distribution in dentition,the prevalence of decayed,missing and filled teeth was higher for the upper jaw except filled teeth in the molar region.The relative number of decayed,missing and filled teeth was higher in the molar region compared to the anterior and premolar regions except caries for upper jaw and missing teeth for lower premolar compared to lower anterior.Conclusion Much more dental care and services should be given to the aged.
