摘要:
细菌移位是肠道细菌穿过肠道黏膜对正常无菌组织和内脏器官的侵袭。肠梗阻患者和免疫功能低下者更易发生细菌移位，并进一步引发血流感染。肠道菌群移位的发生受 免疫功能破坏，肠道菌群失调，肠黏膜通透性升高等因素的影响。在重症患者尤其免疫力低下患者的血流感染发生过程中，肠道细菌移位起重要的作用。本文回顾有关文献对肠道 细菌移位及其与血流感染的关系如下。
