摘要:
新生儿黄疸是新生儿时期最常见疾病之一。根据黄疸出现、持续、消褪时间,可分为生理性黄疸和病理性黄疸,临床上也将病理性黄疸称高胆红素血症。过高的胆红素若 超过了婴儿代谢范围,可能产生神经毒性,对新生儿神经系统造成损伤。虽然早期干预措施已经逐渐受到重视,但是慢性胆红素脑病及神经功能障碍仍有发生。因此,有必要关注 新生儿高胆红素血症远期神经发育。
