- 目的 探讨胃镜下套扎术在胃异位胰腺中的治疗效果。方法 应用Olympus胃镜+COOK套扎器，对胃异位胰腺15例行套扎治疗。结果 15例中14例一次套扎成功，1例术后第2天脱落，再次套扎成功。术后未见出血、穿孔等并发症发生。术后7~8 d复查胃镜，病灶脱落，创面愈合良好，术后3个月及1年分别随访，行胃镜检查未见复发。结论 内镜下套扎术治疗胃异位胰腺是一种安全、有效的方法。
- Abstract:
- Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ligation heterotopic pancreas in the stomach under endoscopy. Methods Applications Olympus gastroscopy and COOK ligation device for 15 cases of gastric heterotopic pancreas underwent ligation. Results 15 patients had 14 cases of disposable ligation success， one patient ligation ring after the first two days off， once again successfully ligation， no postoperative bleeding， perforation and other complications. 7-8 days after endoscopy， the lesions were off and the wound healed well. No recurrence was found with follow-up endoscopy after three months and one year， respectively. ConclusionLigation treatment of gastric heterotopic pancreas is a safe and effective method.
