摘要:
应激性心肌病是强烈精神刺激或躯体应激引发的心脏综合征，近年来已成为备受关注的急性心血管疾病。应激性心肌病可导致急性心脏衰竭、致命性室性心律失常和心室破裂。确切的发病机制仍在研究中，目前认为儿茶酚胺的心脏毒性和神经性顿抑心肌是主要的致病机制。文中综述应激性心肌病的最新研究进展。
