摘要:
Castleman病是一种少见的淋巴结增生性疾病，该病可发生于任何有淋巴组织的地方，最常发生于胸内，其病因可能与感染、细胞因子表达及免疫机制异常有关；且临床及影像学表现多样，术前诊断困难，易漏诊误诊，需病理才能确诊。目前治疗方法包括手术切除、化疗、放疗和靶向治疗等，但总体效果欠佳。为提高此疾病认识，现就胸内Castleman病研究进展做一综述。
