- 目的 探讨运动性横纹肌溶解（exercise-induce rhabdomyolysis，EIR）的发病特点，提高临床诊治水平。方法 回顾性分析3例运动后EIR的临床资料。结果 3例患者均治愈，未发生急性肾功能衰竭等并发症。结论 体能训练应注意循序渐进，提高适应性，重视EIR的预防和早期诊断。
- Abstract:
- Objective The clinical characteristics of exercise-induce Rhabdomyolysis (EIR) after military training in PLA male recruits were analyzed to improve the ability of the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 3 EIR cases after military training in PLA male recruits were retrospectively analyzed. Results 3 EIR cases were all cured， there was no complicating disease after treatment. Conclusion More attentions should be paid to the prevention and the diagnosis of EIR in order to improve the prognosis.
