摘要:
目的 观察不同频率等渗盐水冲洗对体外循环凝血程度的影响。方法 将外科重症监护室中16例因各种原因行无肝素局部枸橼酸抗凝的连续性肾脏替代治疗患者随机分为两组。观察组（7例）每4 h用100 mL等渗盐水冲洗体外循环管路及滤器，对照组（9例）每1 h用100 mL等渗盐水冲洗体外循环，比较两组患者滤器使用时间的差异。结果 16例共行治疗33例次，观察组滤器使用时间为（46.09±34.47）h，对照组为（55.50±35.47）h，两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 提高冲水频率并不能延长无肝素局部枸橼酸抗凝时体外循环的使用时间。
