摘要:
目的 研究科比根治疗开角型青光眼和高眼压症的疗效及安全性。方法 采用对照研究手段，将符合条件的患者随机分组进行科比根（溴莫尼定和噻吗洛尔固定复合滴眼液）和非固定联合制剂治疗（0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液及 0.5% 噻吗洛尔滴眼液）比较。结果 在5周的对比治疗后，分析疗效、治疗安全性，科比根治疗效果与非固定联合制剂治疗效果接近，未出现新的与治疗有关不良事件，未观察到其他治疗安全性的明显差异。结论 科比根治疗开角型青光眼和高眼压症的方法与非固定联合制剂的疗效和安全性相似。
Abstract:
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Combigan in treatment of open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Methods The patients who met the standards of experiment were randomly divided into two groups. One group accepted treatment of Combigan (according to the proportion of 1∶1 to the timolol-brimonidine fixed combination) and the other group accepted a unfixed joint treatment (0.2% tartaric acid brimonidine and 0.5% timolol). Results After five weeks of contrast treatment, according to the result of curative effect and treatment of security analysis, the therapeutic effect of the Combigan was not inferior to unfixed joint treatment. No new adverse events associated with treatment appeared. Conclusion Combigan has a similar security with unfixed joint treatment.
