摘要:
目的 分析模拟肠镜黏膜病变实验猪行套扎切除致小肠穿孔1例的原因,为肠道黏膜套扎操作提供参考。方法 取实验家猪1头,常规内镜联合长透明帽,肠道注水进行肠道准备,采用速眠新进行麻醉,距离肛门20 cm处,进行吸引、套扎、圈套,制作穿孔模型。结果 动物实验猪出现并发小肠穿孔,引起腹腔感染而死亡。结论 肠镜下联合透明帽进行吸引、肠道粘膜套扎和(或)圈套器切除操作存在小肠穿孔风险,临床操作需慎重。
Abstract:
Objective To analyse the case that intestinal perforation induced by ligation resection in a experimental pig. Methods The experimental pig was anaesthetized with Sumianxin, bowel preparation with fasted 48 hours. Then an perforation model was created in 20 cm from anal by a endoscopy combined with long transparent cap and suction-ligation. Results The pig was dead because of perforation and infection of small intestine. Conclusion There exist risk that endoscopy combined with long transparent cap to resecte intestinal mucosa, so more attention need to paied in clinical operation.
