摘要:
目的 探讨在海岛医疗队如何发挥口腔科专科优势,解决海岛官兵的口腔疾患。方法 口腔科以医护小组参队,使用便携式牙科治疗机和微创口腔手术器材,对3个海岛的驻军官兵进行口腔疾病诊治。结果 在岛3天工作16小时,对31位官兵分别实施了牙体牙髓病治疗和下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术,效果良好。结论 海岛医疗巡诊,需综合考虑抽组时间、海况条件、部队训练安排。口腔科应由医生、护士组成医疗组参加。携带的设备器械、材料要充分考虑海岛巡诊的特殊性。口腔微创治疗技术能够在海岛应用。适当地开展预防性治疗对解决海岛就医困难有益。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate how to take full advantage of medical teams in the department of stomatology, and solve the problems of the oral cavity disease. Methods Medical team was formed by dentists equipped with portable dental treatment machines and minimally invasive surgical equipments, who treated oral diseases of officers and soldiers on the three islands. Results The dentists worked for 16 hours in 3 days on the island. Tirty-one officers and soldiers received treatment of dental pulp diseases or extraction of mandibular impacted third molar teeth. All the results were satisfied. Conclusion Patrol medical service on the island should be thoroughly planned considering the time of the team formed, ocean condition and military training. Doctors and nurses from department of stomatology should participate in the form of medical team. Furthermore, we should take full account of the specificity of patrol medical service on the island when considering the machines and equipments accompanied. Meanwhile, department of stomatology has the ability to use minimally invasive oral surgery. Appropriate preventive treatment will help relieve the pressure of medical treatment on the island.
