摘要:
目的 探讨分析近年军队成人麻疹的临床特征。方法 收集我院住院确诊为麻疹的患者资料，按发病住院时间顺序编号，并设计统一的登记调查表。分析内容包括一般信息、症状体征、诊断、 相关检查结果、并发症、治疗、住院时间。结果 42例军队成人麻疹发病主要集中在2-6月，症状为发热、皮疹、畏光流泪、口腔黏膜Koplik斑等。27例（64.3%）患者出现并发症，主要以上呼吸道感染 （23.8%）、肝脏损害（21.4%）、肾脏损害（16.7%）、消化道症状（12.3%）、肺部感染（4.8%）、心肌损害（2.4%）为主。所有患者均痊愈出院，平均住院时间8 d。结论 军队成人麻疹发病主要以 春季为主，中毒症状重，并发症多，需加强防控管理工作。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of military adult measles in recent years. Methods The clinical data of patients diagnosed with measles from our hospital was collected and numbered according to the onset time. The data include general information, signs and symptoms, diagnosis, relevant test results, complications, treatment and hospital stay were analyzed. Results The peak incidence of measles was during the period from February to June. The mainly symptoms were fever, rash, photophobia, tearing and oral mucosal Koplik spots. 27 cases (64.3%) patients appeared complications. The mainly complications were upper respiratory tract infection (23.8%), liver damage (21.4%), kidney damage (16.7%), gastrointestinal symptoms (12.3%), lung infection (4.8%), myocardial damage (2.4%). All of 42 patients were cured, and the average hospital stay was 8d. Conclusion The military adult measles occurred mainly in spring. The symptoms and complications of the disease were serious. More work should be strengthened to prevent and control it.
