摘要:
目的 建立一套客观、及时、有效的感控绩效评价体系，提升医院感染控制管理能力。方法 应用信息技术和商务智能技术采集感控数据并进行分析挖掘。结果 通过建立完善的医院感控绩效考评信息系统，提高了医务人员对医院感染管理的自觉性，降低了医院感染发生率，使各项医院感染控制管理制度与措施得以顺利实施。结论 医院感控绩效考评信息系统能够较大程度提升医院感染控制管理水平，保障医疗安全和医务人员的职业健康，有效预防与控制感染。
Abstract:
Objective To establish an Objective , timely, and effective infection control performance evaluation system and to improve hospital infection control and management capabilities. Methods The infection control data was collected and analyzed by information technology and business intelligence technology. Results Through the establishment of a sound performance appraisal hospital infection control information system, the consciousness of medical staff for the hospital infection control improved, the incidence of nosocomial infection reduced, and the hospital infection control management system and measures were carried smoothly. Conclusion Hospital infection control performance evaluation information system is able to improve hospital infection control management to a great extent, protect occupational safety and health care of staff, and prevent and control infection effectively.
