摘要:
目的 研究高龄老人(≥80岁)肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(brachical-ankle pulse wave velocity,ba-PWV)在评价认知功能障碍的临床价值,探讨高龄老人认知功能障碍患者与ba-PWV的相关性。方法 共选取187例80岁以上高龄老年人纳入研究,对符合研究标准的患者进行ba-PWV的测量、病史采集及常规实验室指标检查, 采用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评估患者认知功能, 主要观察MMSE与ba-PWV及各项临床指标的相关性。结果 MMSE>20分组ba-PWV为(1481.0±213.9) cm/s,较MMSE≤20分组[(1886.2±267.9) cm/s]明显降低(P<0.05),MMSE与ba-PWV存在相关性(r=-0.004,P<0.05)。结论 认知功能障碍的高龄老人存在肱-踝脉搏波传导速度增加,这可能与动脉硬化引起的靶器官损害有关。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical value in the evaluation of cognitive dysfunction and to investigate the correlation between senile people who have cognitive dysfunction with ba-PWV (brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity, ba-PWV).Methods A total of 187 cases selected Senile were included in the study, and patients met the study criteria were taken by ba-PWV measurement. History taking and examination of routine laboratory parameters and MMSE (Minimum Mental State Examination, MMSE) was used to assess cognitive function in patients, and the correlation between MMSE score with ba-PWV was observed.Results The ba-PWV between the group of MMSE in which score was more than 20 [ba-PWV=(1481.0±213.9)cm/s] and the group of MMSE in which score was less than or equal to 20 [ba-PWV=(1886.2±267.9) cm/s] was significant different (P<0.05), and MMSE score and ba-PWV were correlated (r=-0.004,P<0.05).Conclusion Ba-PWV can predict the cognitive disfunction of senile people, which may be associated with target organ damages caused by atherosclerosis.
