摘要:
近年来，随着高分辨率CT的广泛应用，孤立性肺小结节（solitary small pulmonary nodules,SSPN）的检出率越来越高。由于其具有一定的恶性可能，及时准确的诊断是防治早期肺癌的关键。临床研究发现了多种方法 能够较为准确的早期预测SSPN的良恶性及明确TNM分期，其中包括影像学检查、实验室检查、活检、电视胸腔镜手术切除等方法 ，文章就目前国内外研究的早期诊断SSPN各种具体方法 的理论机制、适用条件及术前定位技术的进展进行综述。
