摘要:
骨缺损的处理是行膝关节翻修术必须面对的问题,除磨损、骨质溶解等情况外,术中的操作也是造成骨缺损的重要原因。针对骨缺损的不同位置和程度有不同的处理方式,对于轻度骨缺损使用骨水泥、螺钉、打压植骨等即可获得良好的效果,对于严重的骨缺损,干骺端替代物已成为结构性植骨之外的另一种有效方法 ,对于骨缺损严重、韧带平衡差的患者,定制假体能帮助保留部分关节功能。不同的处理方式各有利弊,文章就不同骨缺损处理方式的选择及其优缺点进行综述。
