摘要:
目的 报道1例社区感染草螺菌误鉴定及相关文献复习内容,为临床解决同类问题提供指导。方法 采用常规细菌鉴定仪器VITEK 2 鉴定卡及药敏试验卡、质谱分析仪对1例社区感染患者分离菌株进行鉴定,并对已报道该菌株感染相关病例文献进行复习总结。结果 细菌鉴定仪器VITEK 2鉴定该菌株结果 为洋葱伯克霍尔德菌,质谱仪鉴定为草螺菌属;复习文献结果 发现,多篇文献报道临床上草螺菌常常被误鉴定为洋葱伯克霍尔德菌,该菌可以造成医院内感染,也可造成社区感染,主要感染对象为免疫功能受损的肿瘤患者、肺纤维囊性病患者及部分老年患者。结论 草螺菌中的某些菌种是重要的机会致病菌,可引起免疫力低下或老年人医院内感染和社区感染。尽快改进临床常用细菌鉴系统或者推广质谱仪在微生物鉴定上的应用是准确诊断草螺菌感染的有效途径。
