摘要:
目的 观察参附注射液联合胸部γ-刀治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法 将解放军第81医院收治的40例有胸部病灶的恶性肿瘤患者随机分成2组,治疗组为参附注射液联合γ-刀放疗,对照组为单纯γ-刀放疗,比较2组临床疗效及毒副作用。结果 治疗组疾病控制率为65%,对照组为50%,2组疾病控制率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组总生存期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组生活质量总改善率明显高于对照组(65% vs 40%,P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组体液免疫指标、细胞免疫指标、恶病质细胞因子水平较对照组均有明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组高级别放射性肺损伤发生率为20%,明显低于对照组的60%(P<0.05)。结论 参附注射液能减轻因γ-刀放疗引起的不良反应,治疗组患者生活质量及免疫功能有显著性改善,具有临床获益。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of shenfu injection combined with γ-knife in the treatment of chest malignant tumor.Methods 40 malignant tumor patients with chest lesions were randomly divived into 2 groups. The treatment group was given shenfu injection combined with γ-knife radiotherapy, and the control group was given γ-knife radiotherapy. To compare clinical curative effect and side effect of the two groupsResults The DCR had no significant difference in the two groups (P>0.05) with the treatment group 65% and the control group 50%. The OS of the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05). After the therapy, the improvement of the quality of life in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The treatment group was 65% and the control group was 40%. After the therapy, the humor immunity, cellular immunity, cachexia cytokine of the treatment group were improved significantly than those of the control group (P< 0.05). The high-level RILI incidence in the treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The treatment group was 20% and the control group was 60%.Conclusion The shenfu injection can reduce the side effects caused by γ-knife radiotherapy. The quality of life and the immune function in the treatment group are significant improved. The shenfu injection has a certain clinical benefit.
