摘要:
目的 调查南京城区女性的性功能状况及可能危险因素。方法 采用横断面研究的方法 ，纳入常规体检的性活跃期女性，进行匿名问卷调查，了解年龄、职业、文化程度、经济收入、婚姻状况、生育情况、分娩方式、健康状况、月经情况、既往病史等基本人口学特征；应用国际女性性功能指标量表（FSFI）调查其性功能。采用χ2检验、t检验、二分类logistic回归分析等统计学方法 分析相应数据。结果 本研究共入选体检性活跃期女性582例，年龄20～66岁，平均年龄（39.90±9.67）岁。按FSFI诊断标准诊断为女性性功能障碍（FSD）的女性346例，现患率为59.45%。其中，性欲低下、阴道湿润障碍、性唤起障碍、性高潮障碍、满意度障碍、性交疼痛的现患率分别是67.18%、92.96%、73.88%、72.68%、70.96%和85.74%。FSD的危险因素是年龄、文化程度和BMI。结论 南京城区女性FSD的发病率较高，尤其是年龄较大、文化程度较低及肥胖体型女性。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the sexual function status and possible risk factors of women in Nanjing.Methods This study was a cross-sectional study. The enrolled sexually active women with routine physical examination were investigated by using an anonymous questionnaire including age, occupation, education, income, marital status, fertility situation, delivery mode, health status, menstrual condition, medical history and other demographic characteristics. The international women′s sexual function index was used to evaluate the sexual function. The corresponding data were analyzed by chi-square test, t test or binary logistic regression analysis statistically.Results In this study, a total of 582 women were enrolled, the age ranging from 20-66 years old, with an average age of (39.90±9.67). According to the diagnostic criteria of FSFI, 346 cases were diagnosed as FSD, with a prevalence rate of 59.45%. Among them, the prevalence rate of low libido, vaginal lubrication disorders, sexual arousal disorder, orgasmic disorder, satisfaction disorder and sexual pain were 67.18%, 92.96%, 74.05%,72.68%,70.96% and 85.74% respectively. The risk factors for FSD were age, education level and BMI.Conclusion The incidence of FSD in women in urban areas of Nanjing is higher, especially in older, less educated and obese women.
