摘要:
在中枢神经发育过程,神经细胞的正确迁移是日后大脑发挥正常脑功能的基础,而细胞骨架蛋白在整个迁移过程中起着至关重要的作用。文章主要通过总结神经细胞骨架蛋白微管、微丝及中间丝的基本组成结构,了解蛋白在聚合和解聚过程中所受到的各种调控因素,同时阐述了微管、微丝蛋白在神经细胞迁移中的作用,并对其进一步研究提出了前瞻性思路。
