摘要:
目的 由于二胎政策的全面开放，瘢痕妊娠的患病率日趋增加，但其保守治疗是当前妇产及生殖领域面临的共同难题，本文回顾分析采用胚胎减灭术联合甲氨蝶呤（MTX）及吸宫术治疗2 例瘢痕妊娠患者的诊疗过程，为保守治疗同类疾病提供多样性选择，为日后同类疾病的保守治疗提供多样性选择。方法 回顾分析2例瘢痕妊娠患者成功诊治过程，并对已报道的文献复习，重点讨论胚胎减灭术对保守治疗瘢痕妊娠的意义。结果 2例瘢痕患者通过减胎术并局部注射MTX联合吸宫术均治疗成功，术后连续随访均正常。 结论 胚胎减灭术可用于治疗瘢痕妊娠，并为其保守治疗提供了另一种思路，对于瘢痕妊娠的临床治疗可采取多种有效手段联合进行，耗时短且损伤小，降低严重并发症发生率，保存生育力。
