摘要:
目的 报道肺上皮样血管内皮瘤（pulmonary epithelioid hemangioendothelioma，PEH) 患者的临床资料，提高对该病的认识和诊治经验。方法 总结3例PEH的临床表现、影像学、病理学特征，探讨其诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗措施、预后判断，并通过文献复习了解该病病因及早期诊断要点。结果 3例影像学检查表现为两肺多发性结节影，肿瘤细胞免疫组化均为CD31、CD34高表达。2例为良性经手术切除治愈，1例为恶性已转移未手术，化疗无效失访。结论 PEH临床少见，属于低度恶性肿瘤，有恶性倾向，无特征性表现，症状轻微且不明显，须经病理组织学及免疫组化检查方可确诊。确诊后应尽可能早期手术，以免贻误治疗时机。
