摘要:
目的 分析照护依赖量表评估失能老年人自我照护能力的截断值，为失能老年人的健康管理提供依据。方法 以Katz-ADL为评估失能老年人的金标准，应用Barthel Index、照护依赖量表（CDS）、照护依赖量表修正版（CDS-R）对江苏、浙江两省的养老院、康复医院和综合医院老年病房共10家机构853例老年人自我照护能力进行测量，分析CDS-R与Katz-ADL、Barthel Index和CDS之间的相关性，计算CDS-R评估失能老年人自我照护能力的截断值和评估老年人自我照护能力的诊断价值。 结果 CDS-R与Katz-ADL、Barthel Index、CDS之间的相关性较好，r分别为0.819、0.857、0.998（P<0.01）。CDS-R、CDS和Barthel Index评估诊断失能的AUCROC分别为0.903、0.819、0.756（P<0.01）；CDS-R评估老年人照护依赖的截断值为72，阳性预测值0.83、阴性预测值0.81、Kappa值0.64。结论 CDS-R评估失能老年人自我照护能力具有较好的理论价值和实践意义，可用于我国失能老年人自我照护能力的评估。
