摘要:
寻找一种早期评估患者病情变化的方法 ，一直是急诊急救领域研究的热点。准确的评估和预判方法 ，可提高对患者预后判断的准确性，更合理高效地分配医疗资源，更好地保障临床安全。与平时的临床救治不同，在战场救治条件下，救治环境更加复杂多变，医疗资源更加紧张，选择高效的分诊及预后评估方法 对于降低伤亡率，提高救治效率，合理分配医疗资源具有重大意义。文章通过对国家早期预警评分（NEWS）在院前急救、院内应用、演变应用、与其他指标的联合应用及其不足等方面研究进行综述。
